The Doomcore staff is a Dungeoneering item that can be found in the dungeons under Daemonheim. To wield, it requires either 83 Magic or 68 Magic with 68 Attack. It increases the damage your destructive spells can do by 25%. It is the special drop of the Nechryaels that inhabit Daemonheim, and is very rare.

Despite its high magic damage, it has negative stats in every other affected area, including Magic Accuracy and Magic Defence, which is unusual. Furthermore, its Magic damage is surpassed by the Celestial catalytic staff's 30% damage. Summarily, the Doomcore staff is the second-hardest hitting staff in magic terms, and the worst staff in every other area. Mages who acquire this staff should think carefully before keeping it, and weigh the combat triangle in strategies if you use it, as its inaccuracy can prove fatal.

• The examine text refers to the bad magical accuracy of this staff.
• There is currently a glitch where it would still require you to have 83 Magic level, even though you already have 68 Attack and 68 Magic.
