The lightning staff 4 is an item that can be obtained by purchasing and redeeming a $25/£20 RuneScape Game card from 16 November to 2 December. Upon redeeming the card, you will also unlock the "Professor" hairstyle, and the lightning staff emote. This staff requires 60 Magic and 60 Attack. It provides unlimited air runes.
