The Emergency healing box is a reward for being a member from August 1st through September 30th. If you use this item on yourself or another player, it will restore their life points to maximum, and will be destroyed once it has been used. It will disappear - regardless of whether or not it has been used - on December 31st, 2012.

The Emergency healing box will NOT work in PvP situations such as the Wilderness or minigames which involve PvP combat.
