Like the Ornate Katana, it has the same stats as an Iron 2h sword, but the attack styles of a longsword.The Golden Katana was obtained by purchasing 90 or 180 days of membership from Amazon.com after linking your RuneScape and Amazon accounts. This can no longer be obtained.

- The golden katana is the third katana, the others being the Ornate katana and Auspicious katana.
- When compared to the Auspicious katana, it has the head of a silver dragon, and the blade is the dragon's fire breath, while the auspicious katana is the head of a golden dragon.
