A Mystic earth staff is the most powerful earth elemental staff. It requires level 40 Attack and level 40 Magic to wield. It has the autocast option, which can be used for all of the elemental combat spells, and it provides an unlimited amount of earth runes. To create one, take an earth battlestaff and 40,000 coins to Thormac after completing the Scorpion Catcher quest, 27,000 with the Seers' headband 3 equipped. Visually, the Mystic earth staff is identical to the staff of earth and the earth battlestaff.

Mystic earth staves are a possible drop from Bandos's throne room statues.

With 85 Crafting, players may attach a shade skull to the Mystic earth staff, creating a Necromancer's earth staff.
