A Law talisman staff can be made by combining a Law talisman with a Runecrafting staff. A Runecrafting staff is sold at the Runecrafting Guild by Wizard Elriss for 10,000 Runecrafting guild tokens. However, to obtain the Runecrafting staff to attach the talisman to, an indirect requirement of level 50 Runecrafting is required to enter the Runecrafting Guild and be able to play The Great Orb Project to purchase the staff.
The staff is similar to a Law tiara, as the staff can be equipped in the weapon's slot, allowing players to left click on the altar to get inside, saving an inventory space.
The staff can also be used for "distracting the eyes in the Abyss to help you sneak past". It has no combat bonuses whatsoever, unlike the other talisman staves, because the monks of Entrana would forbid it, thus rendering it unusable for its purpose of crafting law runes.

Trivia
- On the day of the release the law talisman staff, in combat, would hit an extremely high amount of damage. (Ignoring the delay time a usual weapon has) The staff, since it has no bonuses, was coded differently causing this glitch. The glitch was found and patched.
- Using a Law talisman staff to fight is less efficient than simply fighting Unarmed, since the staff has an attack speed of 5 while fighting hand-to-hand has a speed of 6, while giving the same bonuses (+0).
