Rune brutal arrows are used to kill Zogres south of Castle wars. They are made with Flighted ogre arrows and Rune nails. Level 77 Fletching is required to make these, yielding 12.5 experience per arrow. These arrows can only be used with a Composite ogre bow, but are equal in strength to Dragon arrows. If you try to use them with an ordinary Ogre Bow it will say that the bow isn't powerful enough to use these arrows.
