A Rune shield(h4) is a Rune kiteshield that is obtained from the hard clue scroll of Treasure Trails, or bought from other players. The kiteshield cannot be made using the Smithing skill, and has the same Defence bonus as the regular Rune kiteshield. Some players attempt to scam by saying they will trim your armour and take what you give to them. Report any player who claims they can trim armour!
