Examine | A white lily seed - plant in a flower patch. |
Weight | 0 kg |
A White Lily seed is a type of seed used in the Farming skill. They require level 52 Farming to plant and are planted in a flower patch. It protects all neighbouring fruit and vegetables from disease. It also requires completing the Falador Tasks. While the White lily seed takes only 52 Farming to plant, the lowest possible level with which you can obtain a seed is 54. This effectively raises the level required to plant one.
A nearby gardener will not watch over your White lilies as they grow.
Seeds are obtained from Wyson in the Falador Park by trading him mole skins after completion of the Falador hard tasks. They cannot be bought from other players.
Since it requires the completion of Hard Falador tasks, it also carries the indirect requirements of:
- 36 Crafting
- 26 Agility
- 19 Ranged
- 37 Strength
- 49 Firemaking
- 40 Thieving
- 13 Smithing
- 30 Defence
- 70 Prayer
- 16 Construction
- 56 Runecrafting
- 60 Farming
- 60 Woodcutting
- 60 Mining
- 72 Slayer
- 56 Summoning
Also the completion of following quests (unless otherwise stated)
- Rune Mysteries
- Wanted!
- Recruitment Drive
- Knight's Sword
- Garden of Tranquillity
- Ratcatchers
- Slug Menace
- Fairy Tale Part II - Cure a Queen (for the use of Fairy ring, no need to complete this quest)
- Hand in the Sand
- Elemental Workshop I (suggested, for the ability to wear various elemental shields, or no if use Dragonfire shield, NOT Anti-dragon shield)
White lilies turn to ashes when picked. The message given is: The flower turns to ash as you remove it from the ground.

Trivia
- In the real world, white lilies are used to cure burns or diseases.
- Although 52 is the requirement to plant the seed, 60 farming is required to finish all hard tasks in the Falador set. However, boosts can be used for farming skill. Thus it is possible to have done Falador's hard tasks with as low as level 54 farming, though players are required to have other high levels to complete Falador's hard task set.
- Unless you wish to plant another type of flower, it is not recommended to remove full-grown lilies from a patch; they offer better protection than any other type of flower and there is nothing of high value gained by removing them.
- White lily seeds are untradeable. If you do not want the seeds, it is recommended to cast High Level Alchemy on them as their value is 750 coins.
