The Snowdrop seed is a quest item given to the player during the Garden of Tranquility quest by the gardener Kragen. In order to obtain the seeds the player must grow some cabbages in the vegetable patch north of Ardougne after speaking to Kragen.
The snowdrop seeds then need to be planted in Queen Ellamaria's garden behind Varrock.
