Kwuarm seeds can be planted in a herb patch in order to produce grimy kwuarms. This requires a Farming level of 56.
A nearby gardener will not watch over your growing kwuarm.
Kwuarm seeds can be obtained as a monster drop, by pickpocketing Master Farmers, looting nature impling jars, from Managing Miscellania if the player's workers are assigned to Farming, or bought from the Vinesweeper minigame for 1000 points each.
Planting kwuarm seeds is a very profitable, since one kwuarm seed yields multiple herbs. The use of Supercompost (or the Fertile Soil spell) is strongly recommended, as it is not possible to water the patch, or ask a farmer to tend the herbs.
The following table shows the profit yield, assuming all the herbs and seeds are purchased/sold at the Grand Exchange, for the guide price. If the herb dies, the player will lose −1,042 coins.
Herb yield | Profit/loss | Herb yield | Profit/loss |
1 | 1,860 | 6 | 16,370 |
2 | 4,762 | 7 | 19,272 |
3 | 7,664 | 8 | 22,174 |
4 | 10,566 | 9 | 25,076 |
5 | 13,468 | 10 | 27,978 |
Note: Supercompost yields a minimum of 5 herbs.
