Corrupt statius's full helm is part of the Corrupt Statius's Equipment set which is obtained by killing Revenants and as a very rare drop from the Chaos Elemental.

It requires 20 Defence and lasts for 15 minutes of wielding.

This was the best helmet available in terms of defence bonus until the release of the Torva full helm, and has the same (+3) strength bonus as the Berserker helm, Helm of Neitiznot and the Torva full helm.
