Statius's full helm is part of Statius's Equipment, and is obtained as a very rare drop from Revenants and the Chaos Elemental.
It requires 78 Defence and lasts 1 hour of combat.
A corrupt version also exists, which requires only 20 Defence and lasts for 15 minutes of wielding.
Contrary to popular belief, this item does NOT degrade while using NON-COMBAT magic.
This was the best helmet available in terms of defence bonus until the release of the Torva full helm, and has the same (+3) strength bonus as the Berserker helm, Helm of Neitiznot and the Torva full helm.

Trivia
- If a male player with a dark coloured model wears Statius's full helm, his face and neck will turn white, which has been fixed.
