Adamant warhammers are warhammers that are stronger than mithril warhammers. Like all adamant weapons, they require 30 attack to wield. They are the fourth-strongest warhammers for all players. Players can make them using the Smithing skill at level 79 using 3 Adamant bars, giving the player 187.5 Smithing experience. Members can purchase this warhammer from Vigr's Warhammers in Keldagrim and Skulgrimen's Battle Gear in Rellekka. It can only be used in combat.

Naming history

Previously, the in-game name of the adamant warhammer was "adamnt warhammer" and later as "addy warhammer." This was later changed because of many false bug reports about the misspelling. When the name of the adamant warhammer now showed up as "addy warhammer" it was likely due to the fact that "adamant warhammer" would take up too many characters in the previous game code. Jagex assumedly went with "addy" from the nickname players call adamant items.
