The Adamant berserker shield is a reward that can be purchased with tokens from the Fist of Guthix minigame. It degrades with use like barrows equipment. The shield can only be traded when it is completely uncharged. Reggie in the Fist of Guthix lobby can recharge the shield for 10 Fist of guthix tokens. A level of 35 Defence is required to wield it.

Trivia

• Each of the adamant berserker shield's defence stats is 1 point more than those of an adamant kiteshield.
• This shield is somewhat uncommon, because it's only slightly better than the easier-to-obtain and non-degradable Adamant kiteshield.
• As well as slightly better stats compared to the Adamant Kiteshield, it has a +2 strength Bonus which can be helpful if someone cannot afford a more substantial shield.
