Adamant boots are members-only armour pieces in RuneScape that are worn in the footwear slot of the player's inventory. The player needs at least 30 Defence to wear these armoured boots.

Players with 30 defence who are using melee often favour adamant boots over rock climbing boots because adamant boots provide much better defence bonuses, although their strength bonus is 1 less.

Fremennik Sea Boots 3 have the same bonuses as Adamant boots and can be replaced for free, but requires completion of three levels of the Fremennik Diary.

Players can either obtain them as a drop from Gargoyles, Mutated bloodvelds, or Giant frogs; with the first two of which are defeated using the Slayer skill. They may also be obtained by trading with another player.

As with all metal boots, this piece of armour cannot be made using any skill.
