The Adamant spear is a two-handed, members only melee weapon. It can be bought from other players or received as a Monster Drop. Players who have started learning Barbarian smithing and have level 75 Smithing may produce a Spear at a Barbarian anvil from one Adamant bar and one yew log, receiving 125 Smithing experience. It can be poisoned. It is also the sixth strongest spear after the Rune spear, Dragon spear, Zamorakian spear, Guthan's warspear and Vesta's spear.
