Clean spirit weed is a Grimy spirit weed that has been cleaned. It requires level 35 Herblore to clean and grants 7.5 experience per herb. It is the seventh lowest level herb available, and is used in the Herblore skill to make Summoning potions. It was released along with the Summoning skill.
Spirit weed may be grown in a herb patch by players with 36 Farming. Growing these can be very profitable, as the seeds are worth far less than the actual herbs. They are one of five herbs that cannot be obtained from the Sorceress's Garden.
Both the spirit weed seeds and the spirit weed herbs are a blue-green colour, making them distinctly different in appearance from other herb seeds and herbs.
