The Adamant knife is a member's only Ranged throwing weapon. The player must have at least 30 Ranged to wield this throwing knife. They can be obtained either by using the Smithing skill, as a rare monster drop or trading with another player. As they are one handed they can be wielded with a shield for protection. Adamant knives can also be poisoned These are not advised as Rune darts are considerably cheaper and have the exact same stats.

To create adamant knives the player must have at least 77 Smithing. Each Adamant bar will create 5 adamant knives and the player will receive 62.5 Smithing experience.
