The Steel plateskirt is the third weakest plateskirt in the game. It requires Level 5 Defence to be worn, and has the same bonuses and penalties as the Steel platelegs, but a kg lighter than the Steel platelegs, thus some male players wear plateskirts instead of platelegs. A player with a Smithing level of 46 can smith them with three steel bars on an anvil, while carrying a hammer. They grant 112.5 Smithing experience per skirt made.
