To create the Weak weapon poison, you must get a Clean sagewort and Firebreath whiskey, a Vial, and have level 21 Herblore. The poison damage starts at 48, and can only be added onto a Dagger, arrows, or Spear. You gain 61 experience when making this potion.
If a bound weapon or ammo is poisoned, the poison will carry over to the next floor.
