Grimy valerian is a tier 1 grimy herb used in the Dungeoneering skill. It can be obtained as either a monster drop or from planting a Valerian Seed, which requires level 18 farming. Cleaning it requires level 4 Herblore to produce the clean valerian and can then be used to create one of 4 different potions, which can only be used while in Daemonheim. Cleaning the herb grants 3.2 Herblore experience.
