Grimy aloe is a Tier 1 grimy herb found while training Dungeoneering in Daemonheim's dungeons. It can be obtained as either a monster drop or from planting an aloe seed, which requires at least level 29 Farming. Cleaning it requires level 8 Herblore and produces a clean aloe and can then be used to create one of 4 different potions, which can only be used while in Daemonheim. Cleaning the herb grants 4 Herblore experience. The item is likely based on the medical leaf with the same name.
