Weapon poison++ (unf) is an untradeable, unfinished potion made through the Herblore skill by mixing a cave nightshade into a vial of coconut milk. Doing so requires a Herblore level of 82. The unfinished potion may be turned into a weapon poison++ by adding poison ivy berries, granting 190 Herblore experience.
