A Wergali potion(unf) (more commonly called an Unfinished wergali potion) is an unfinished potion made via the Herblore skill, by using a clean wergali on a Vial of water. Frog spawn or a wimpy feather can be added to this potion to make the Crafting potion or Fletching potion, respectively.
Wergali potion(unf) used to have a high street price due to infrequent price updating on the grand exchange compared to the herb (leading them to have an exchange price of up to 7k less than the herb), so were often used by players during trades when buying rare items. The street price of these potions used to range anywhere from 15-30k.
However as a recent exchange price (3.1k) of these potions combined with the price of wimpy feathers to give a gp/xp rate approximately equal to that of making super strength potions, they dipped dramatically in street value. This led a lot of players to start 'dumping' their wergali potions.
Since this street-dive, the Wergali potion is now traded for a high price on the grand exchange again. They do not, however, have a street value of anything like what was seen previously.
