The Runecrafter skirt can be bought from the Runecrafting Guild for 1000 Runecrafting guild tokens, and they come in three colours: Blue, Green, and Yellow. When purchasing they are actually identified as Runecrafter Bottoms. When worn while playing The Great Orb Project, they allow players to attract and repel orbs over longer distances.

Trivia
- When wearing the skirt and wearing desert boots run and the back of the boots will stick through the skirt.
- When you use the under wall shortcut from the Grand Exchange to Edgeville, part of the skirt can still be seen moving above ground.
