A Mind tiara can be made by combining a mind talisman with a tiara. In order to combine the tiara with the talisman, use the tiara on the mind altar with the talisman in your inventory, granting 27.5 Runecrafting experience.

A mind tiara can be worn in the head slot, allowing the player to left click on the altar to get inside, as well as saving an inventory space. It functions the same as a Mind talisman staff.

The symbol of mind tiara is similar to that of blood tiara, except when mind tiara is worn, the blood symbol is inverted.
