The Death altar teleport is a type of Magic tablet which allows you to teleport directly outside the Death altar.

It is purchasable by exchanging 44 Runecrafting guild tokens earned through the minigame The Great Orb Project with Wizard Elriss. However, to obtain these tablets, an indirect requirement of level 50 Runecrafting is required to enter the Runecrafting Guild and be able to play The Great Orb Project to purchase them.

It can only be used upon completion of Mourning's Ends Part II, otherwise you will receive a message saying 'A strange power blocks your teleport'.
