Fire tiara is a type of Tiara combined with a Fire talisman, and is worn in the headwear slot. Fire Tiaras are used for crafting fire runes from rune essence. To create a Fire Tiara, take a blank Tiara and a Fire talisman to the Fire altar and use the Tiara on the altar. Doing so provides 35 Runecrafting Experience.

Wearing the Fire tiara on the player's head allows the opening of an extra inventory space. Thus, instead of being able to only take 27 rune essence to the Fire altar, the player may instead take 28 rune essence. It provides no combat bonuses. To enter the Fire altar while wielding a Fire tiara (or an Omni tiara), left click on the altar, or right click and select enter.

The Fire tiara can be used on the wicked hood, giving the hood two free teleports to the fire altar, and 100 free fire runes every day. This will consume the tiara.
