The Nature talisman is an item that allows players to enter the nature altar located south-east of Tai Bwo Wannai Village on Karamja, where you can craft nature runes. It can be combined with a tiara to make a nature tiara for 45 experience at the nature altar by using the tiara on the altar. This will use up the talisman, but the tiara can be used in just the same way and can be worn (equipped). Both the tiara and the talisman allow players to use the Runecrafting skill. The talisman can be obtained from a casket.

The Nature talisman can be used on the wicked hood, giving the hood two free teleports to the nature altar, and 5 free nature runes every day. This will consume the talisman.

The nature talisman is a possible drop from many monsters, and is part of the rare drop table.
