Chaos tiaras are made by using a tiara on the Chaos altar with a Chaos talisman in player's inventory. By doing this they will earn 42.5 Runecrafting experience. It serves the same purpose as the talisman or a Chaos talisman staff, but cannot be used to locate the altar and is worn on the head slot. It has no combat bonuses.

A chaos tiara can be worn in the head slot, allowing players to left click on the altar to get inside, saving them an inventory space.

To create a chaos tiara, you use a Tiara on the Chaos rune altar with a chaos talisman in your inventory.

This Tiara provides access to the Chaos Altar on the wilderness, and to the shortcut to it through the Dagon'hai tunnel of chaos. To access this shortcut, you must have completed What Lies Below. After you have completed it, go to Varrock, and enter the statue of Saradomin east of the city.

The Chaos tiara can be used on the wicked hood, giving the hood two free teleports to the chaos altar, and 5 free chaos runes every day. This will consume the tiara.
