Scavvo's Rune Store is located on the first floor of the Champions' Guild and operated by Scavvo. This means players will need to acquire 33 quest points before they can access his shop.
The shop is noteworthy because it is the only place for free players to acquire green dragonhide armour apart from other players. It is also one of the few shops in the game to stock rune armour.
It is not suggested that players buy armour from Scavvo because nearly every item here can be bought for much cheaper from other players or the Grand Exchange.

Trivia
- This shop does not sell rune platebodies or green dragonhide bodies as they require the completion of the Dragon Slayer quest, which is started in the Champions' Guild itself. Instead, these are found at Oziach near Edgeville at higher prices.
- This store also serves as a general store.
- Scavvo mentions the equipment sold in the store as "toys".
