Dealga's Scimitar Emporium is a shop located inside the sword shop in south Varrock and is run by a monkey called Dealga . To access the shop, you first must have finished the quest, Monkey Madness. This shop is one of two stores to sell the Dragon scimitar. The other store is located in Ape Atoll and is run by a monkey called Daga.
A monkeyspeak amulet is not required to be able to trade with Dealga. You can use a monkeyspeak amulet to understand more about Dealga, though.
Dealga sells 10 Dragon Scimitars for 100,000 coins each.
