Jatix's Herblore Shop is a shop in Taverley that sells herblore ingredients. Before an update that released the Vial Packs you could buy vials for 3 coins each and run from the shop to Falador bank. A few low levels would do this for money due to the fact that vials used to be around 100 coins on the Grand Exchange it is a really easy way to make some 3k or more just by filling empty vials with water, empty vials are normally 9 gp filled are 39 gp and are always bought at max price in the g/e. The price of vials dropped rapidly after the update.
Since the Troll Warzone update, Jatix can be seen wandering east of Taverley bank, and the shop can be accessed as normal.
