Lowe's Archery Emporium is located near central Varrock just east of the main square. This store is operated by Lowe and is the primary free-to-play source for Ranged equipment if not purchased on the Grand Exchange. As of 2 September 2009, Lowe offers free samples to players. Items include 30 Bronze arrows, 1 Shortbow, and 1 Longbow. This replaces the Training bow and the Training arrows, which can now be bought from Beefy Bill in the cowfield north of the Lumbridge Mill.

Trivia
- Lowe's, together with several other shops, was formerly a common place to find Bots purchasing stock for resale to other players in larger quantities.
- Inside the shop there is a mannequin dressed as Robin Hood.
