Oziach is an NPC involved in the Dragon Slayer quest. He lives just north-west of Edgeville and tells you the three places you need to go to get the three Crandor map parts. When a player has finished Dragon Slayer, they will be able to buy a Rune platebody for 65,000 coins and a Green dragonhide body for 7,800 from his shop. As the price of his items rises as the stock decreases, it is not recommended to buy from him in bulk. He is also a good friend of Evil Dave, whom he calls Little David.
Currently, Oziach's price for the Rune platebody is Expression error: Unexpected < operator. than the Grand Exchange price. Players lucky enough to obtain a Draconic visage, and who do not have a Smithing level of 90 or higher or can't find someone to assist them using the assist system, can pay Oziach 1.25 million coins to combine the draconic visage with an Anti-dragon shield, making a Dragonfire shield. He does not give players the key to Melzar's Maze, instead, the Guildmaster does. You do not have to speak to Oziach before you receive a Draconic visage as a drop.
Trivia
- It is debatable if Thurgo is in fact the master of Smithing. Although he wears the skill cape, Oziach is the only NPC who sells Rune platebodies, which require a player 99 Smithing to make. However, Thurgo may just be more skilled than Oziach (This is supported by the fact that players can get experience after level 99) and simply does not want to sell the platebodies, for one reason or another.
- Oziach has at least 90 Smithing as he can smith a Draconic Visage and Anti-Dragonfire shield into a Dragonfire shield if paid by a player to do so - this task requires a Smithing level of 90 to complete.
- Browsing Oziach's shop is a Varrock task. Players do not need to buy anything, but completing Dragon Slayer is a requirement.
- While interviewing Oziach about Evil Dave's court case, he mentions giant black knights, and Dragon dragons as conspiracy theories.
- Oziach seems to have a unique design for his rune platebody.
- If you have done the Murder Mystery quest before Dragon Slayer and talk to him about the rune platebody, you can tell to him that you are a master detective.
- The rune models in his room have not been affected by the graphical update.
