The Air altar teleport is a type of Magic tablet which allows you to teleport directly outside the Air altar.
It is purchasable by exchanging 30 Runecrafting guild tokens earned through the minigame The Great Orb Project with Wizard Elriss. However, to obtain these tablets, an indirect requirement of level 50 Runecrafting is required to enter the Runecrafting Guild and be able to play The Great Orb Project to purchase them.
This teleport may be useful for teleporting you to Varrock or Gunnarsgrunn.
