Corrupt morrigan's throwing axe is part of the Corrupt Morrigan's Equipment set, obtained from killing Revenants in the Forinthry Dungeon, or as a very rare drop from the Chaos Elemental.

The throwing axe requires only 20 Ranged to use, but unlike normal throwing axes, it will instantly break upon impact with its target, and thus cannot be recovered from the ground once thrown. Due to the cost of each axe, most players don't use these for everyday training.
