Lanthus
Lanthus

Lanthus is the manager of the Castle Wars activity. Besides exchanging castle wars tickets for various prizes, Lanthus also informs players when a game has ended and tells players new to Castle Wars about the game. Lanthus appears to be wearing a cape of legends. Postie Pete will at times appear in the Castle Wars lobby and hold a brief conversation with Lanthus.

He can also be contacted via the NPC contact spell to know when the next game of Castle Wars starts and how many players are on each team. One odd thing about him though is that when you right-click Lanthus, it comes up as "Trade-with" instead of the normal "Trade."

Shop

While trading with Lanthus you will see this:

There are 3 tabs in Lanthus' shop: Decorative Armour, Consumables, and Miscellaneous.

Trivia

  • He appears to be wearing a Cape of legends.
  • When he enchants the Castle Wars cloak for you, he speaks to Saradomin, Zamorak, and Guthix, suggesting he can contact them.
  • At one point in time, Lanthus was wearing a black cape which was the same style as the Cape of legends.
  • When you use NPC Contact spell from the Lunar Spellbook, he appears to think that you are a God.
