The Key is used during the Biohazard quest. During the quest, it is dropped after killing the level-13 Mourner on the second floor of the Mourner Headquarters in West Ardougne. It opens a gate to give access to a room full of crates, one of which holds a distillator. This item is useless after the quest and players may wish to drop it to conserve bank space.
