Harold is Vanstrom Klause's personal Bloodveld and must be fought right before him in the quest The Branches of Darkmeyer.

In order to kill Harold, the player must use Vertida's bottle of holy water on him, otherwise he will never run out of health. There are some alternatives to using the holy water on him however, such as using poison.

The bloodveld may be named after Harold Evans in the first Myreque quest, In Search of the Myreque. He was a Myreque member killed by Vanstrom Klause.

Trivia

• Harold, along with other bloodveld in Darkmeyer (bloodveld leechers, younglings and guardians), looks very different from normal bloodveld found elsewhere. Their bodies are purple rather than light brown, and have bat-like wings.
