A Grubby key is found during the Defender of Varrock quest. It is found while searching trees near the zombie trails at level 15 Wilderness.

The key is used to open a trapdoor to a dungeon under the Chaos Temple (Wilderness) in the Wilderness. The key disappears after use, and the trapdoor remains open thereafter.
