A dragonhide body (g) is part of the green d'hide gold-trimmed set, along with green dragonhide chaps (g). Its stats are identical to a green dragonhide body, but it has a gold trim. To wear a green dragonhide body (g), a player must have 40 Ranged and 40 Defence, as well as completion of the Dragon slayer quest. It should be noted that both the green dragonhide body (g) and the blue dragonhide body (g) are both known simply as "dragonhide body (g)" in the game, which can lead to confusion in some cases.

This item is a reward from a level 2 clue scroll as part of the Treasure Trails activity. It is fairly popular amongst non-members since it is a trimmed version of the best ranged armour available to them. Thus players can add flair to armour which they would be using anyways. Unlike normal dragonhide armour, this cannot be made with the Crafting skill, nor can trim be added to a normal green dragonhide body via any method. Green Dragonhide body (g) is costly. Many people consider gold-trimmed and trimmed dragonhide as being wealthy.
