Royal dragonhide armour
Royal dragonhide armour is armour made from royal dragon leather. It is only available to members. All pieces require 80 Ranged to wear, except for the body which also requires 40 Defence. This armour will not interfere with Ava's alerter, Ava's accumulator or Ava's attractor.
The set includes:
- Royal d'hide body: Expression error: Unrecognized punctuation character "[". coins on G.E.
- Royal d'hide chaps: Expression error: Unrecognized punctuation character "[". coins on G.E.
- Royal d'hide vambraces: Expression error: Unrecognized punctuation character "[". coins on G.E.
- Royal d'hide coif: 650 Fist of Guthix tokens (degrades during use, similar to Barrows equipment)
The set requires six royal dragonhides to make the body, chaps, and vambraces. The coif is obtained through the Fist of Guthix minigame and can only be purchased there.

Royal d'hide armour is crafted from royal dragon leather, made by tanning royal dragonhide, gained as a drop from killing the Queen Black Dragon, mature grotworms, or normal grotworms.
The royal d'hide armour set has stats superior to its predecessor, the black dragonhide armour set. It also sports a significant improvement in ranged and magic damage absorption (+10% Absorb Magic and +6% Absorb Ranged compared to black d'hide armour).
The royal d'hide body, chaps and coif have stats very similar to the Armadyl armour from the God Wars Dungeon, except with lower magic defence and higher summoning defence, along with no negative melee offence stats.
There is currently a glitch when wearing royal d'hide armour that affects a player's arms when doing certain activities. For example, spying on penguins will make your arms drop to the floor. This has yet to be fixed by Jagex.
