The Guthix coif is a piece of Ranged armour aligned with the god Guthix. A Ranged level of at least 70 and a Defence level of at least 40 are required to wear this coif. They can be obtained through Treasure Trails or by buying them from another player. It is part of the green d'hide blessed set. This coif cannot be made with the Crafting skill. The coif is a great substitute for players that want to have a good Ranged headpiece but can't afford a Robin hood hat, as it only has one less Ranged attack bonus along with much better defensive stats. This is the cheapest of the six god-blessed dragonhide coifs, so if one doesn't care about which god their coif is aligned to, it is recommended to buy a Guthix coif.

Trivia

• This coif looks similar to the Druidic mage hood.
• The Guthix coif and the Ancient coif are the only ones that cannot be used in the God Wars Dungeon to make monsters tolerant towards the player, which is why they are cheaper than other gods' items. This is the case with many god items. (Note that the Ancient coif is more expensive than the Saradomin and Zamorak coifs—this is because the Ancient was released much later, along with the Armadyl and Bandos coifs)
• Unlike some other dragonhide coifs, it doesn't degrade.
