The arcane pulse necklace is obtained as a reward from the Dungeoneering skill and requires 6,500 Dungeoneering tokens to purchase, and requires level 30 Magic and level 30 Dungeoneering to equip. However, due to the cost in tokens, a level of 45 is needed. It offers a magic attack bonus and a magic damage boost for the player wearing it. While a decent necklace for budding mages (offering the same magical accuracy bonus as the Amulet of magic along with a 5% damage boost), most players prefer to save up their tokens for an Arcane blast necklace.
