An Antipoison is a potion made via the Herblore skill. An antipoison cures poison and gives 1.5 minutes of immunity to poison per dose.
The number in brackets after the item name indicates the number of doses remaining in the vial and can be from 1 to 4.
Members can make one with three doses by using clean marrentill on a vial of water and then adding Unicorn horn dust. This requires level 5 herblore and gives 37.5 herblore experience.
If the player adds roe to a 2-dose potion, it will become a 2 dose antipoison mix which heals 30 life points.
Antipoisons can be purchased at Jiminua's Jungle Store on Karamja and The Spice is Right in Sophanem.
It is recommended that players use Antipoison++ instead of this potion, as Antipoison++ is cheaper while offering an immunity period eight times longer (12 minutes per dose).
Production costs
This table is based on the Grand Exchange prices of a vial of water, the marrentill, and Unicorn horn dust. It is accurate assuming all three items are bought from the Grand Exchange and the Antipoison is sold afterwards.

Grimy marrentill is cleaned to become Clean marrentill added with a Vial of water to make Marrentill potion (unf).

Flask
This potion can be made into an Antipoison flask by using at least six doses of it with a Potion flask. Players do not need a specific level to turn potions into flasks.
Trivia
- The idea of a Unicorn Horn in antipoison comes from a popular belief in the Middle Ages that a unicorn's horn could be used to neutralise the effects of poison, and that even possessing one could prolong someone's life.
- When mixing the antipoison it says unicorn horn instead of unicorn horn dust.
- If you are poisoned and you have any of the antipoisons in your inventory you can click your health indicator next to the minimap to heal, rather than going to your inventory. This is especially useful when you need to cure poison while having the spellbook, prayer list, or other interface open.
