The Third-age druidic cloak is part of the Third-age druidic equipment and has a high prayer bonus of +6, which ties it with Ardougne Cloak 3 and Ardougne cloak 4 as the fourth best prayer bonus for a cape, after the +10 bonus of the Max cape, +12 bonus of a Soul Wars cape and the +13 bonus of a Completionist cape. However, the only requirement is 65 prayer, as opposed to the completion of the hard tasks of the Ardougne Diary for Ardougne Cloak 3 or defeating Nomad for the Soul Wars cape. The cloak can also be used for aesthetics and to show wealth, as it is currently the most expensive cape/cloak in the game.
