Tutab's Magical Market is located on Ape Atoll so, if you want to use this Stall, you need to be in monkey form, using a Monkey greegree.
You can also steal from this Stall when you have a Thieving level of 65, and it will grant you with 100 thieving Experience and one of the four elemental runes (Air, Fire, Water, Earth) or a Law rune. It will take 80 seconds before you can steal from the stall again; however, unlike other stalls, you can still trade with Tutab after stealing from his stall. It is not recommended to steal from this stall as it only yields 4500 experience per hour.
