Tower key is an item used only in the Creature of Fenkenstrain quest. It is obtained from Dr. Fenkenstrain after his monster has awakened (cannot be obtained after the quest.) It opens the locked door to the tower where Lord Rologarth is imprisoned. Afterwards, a key is no longer needed to pass through the door.
